Our People
A Credit Union’s True Wealth is in its people.
NESCU is owned and run by its Members
some of whom volunteer to give a few hours of their time.
Why do they do this?
Firstly, because they enjoy it.
They get to meet people and to make new friends.
They also learn new skills and gain in confidence.
Some go on to use these skills in paid employment.
And all of them know that they are doing something
worthwhile for their local community.
NESCU has dozens of highly valued volunteers
- and we always have room for more !!!
Lack of experience is no obstacle as free training is available
Every member can help NESCU to grow by introducing their family, friends, neighbours and work mates to the credit union
